Dua Ahad
Imam Sadiq (a.s) narrates that “one who recites this supplication for 40 mornings; he will be accounted amongst the helpers of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s). And if he happens to die before the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s), Allah will raise him up from his grave so that he may assist the holy Imam (a.t.f.s). For every word that he recites in this supplication, Allah will grant him 1000 good deeds and will erase from his scroll of deeds 1000 sins”. As the title suggests, this supplication is of allegiance (ahad) to the holy Imam (a.t.f.s). Its recitation every morning ensures the renewal of this covenant as taught by Imam Ali ibne Abi Talib (as)

Dua Ghareeq
We have been commanded to recite this Dua regularly. Shayikh Sadooq narrates from Abdullah bin Sinan who says that Imam Sadiq (a.s.) said, "After this a time of such doubt will befall you that you will be without the visible signs and a guiding Imam. And no one shall be able to achieve salvation from this except those who recite "Dua-e-Ghareeq." The narrator asked what this Dua was? Imam (a.s.) replied, After repeating 'Muqallebal Quloob' the narrator added the word, 'Wal absaar' (and the vision). When Imam (a.s.) heard this, he said, "Indeed Allah is the Who changes the hearts and vision, but you recite the Dua as I have said." (Kamaluddin Vol. 2 Pg. 351)

Dua Kumayl
Imam Ali (as) advised Kumayl Ibn Ziyad Nakha'i to recite this "Du'a" on the eve of (i.e. evening preceding) every Friday, or once a month or at least once in every year so that, added Imam Ali (as), "Allah may protect thee from the evils of the enemies and the plots contrived by impostors. O' Kumayl! in consideration of thy companionship and understanding, I grant thee this honour of entrusting this "Du'a" to thee." Kumayl Ibn Ziyad Nakha'i was a confidant amongst the companions of Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib (as) and this sublime Du'a was first heard from the beautiful, though anguished, voice of Imam Ali. According to Allama Majlisi (on whom be Allah's Mercy) Kumayl had attended an assembly in the Mosque at Basra which was addressed by Imam Ali in the course of which the night of the 15th of Shaban was mentioned. Imam Ali said — "Whosoever keeps awake in devoutness on this night and recites the Du'a of Prophet Khizr, undoubtedly that person's supplication will be responded to and granted."

Dua Tawassul
Allama Majlisi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is reported in some reliable books from Muhammad ibn Babawayh (may Allah have mercy on him) that he narrated this supplication from the Infallible Imams (peace be upon them), and he said: "I never prayed this supplication for any purpose except that I quickly witnessed the effect of its acceptance." And this is the supplication:

حديث الكساء
Hadith e Kisa
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his progeny) said regarding this blessed hadith: "Whenever this narration of ours is recited in a gathering of our Shia and lovers on earth, the mercy of Allah descends upon them, the angels surround them, and Allah takes pride in them before His angels until the gathering disperses." This hadith is narrated by Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra' (peace be upon her) and is recorded in 'Alam al-'Ulum and Mafatih al-Jinan (Baqi'yat al-Salihat).
